Lewis Black “Big Stars, Big Cure”

An unforgettable night of comedy and music to fight cystic fibrosis

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation National Office and the Greater New York Chapter were beyond excited to hold this one-night only event in New York City on Monday, May 5th.  Comedian Lewis Black hosted this special variety show at Jazz at Lincoln Center along with fellow comedians Jon Stewart, Whoopi Goldberg, Kathleen Madigan and Joy Behar. There were also special video performances by Larry David, Will Ferrell, Meryl Streep and Robin Williams.

Laughter filled the theater as guests enjoyed plenty of comedy, Irish dancers and even a juggler!  The show was closed by Broadway performer Judy Kuhn who sang an original song dedicated to all those with cystic fibrosis written by Willie and Robert Reale.

The event was a huge success and raised $1 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
