2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 hero rolls, sliced in half lengthwise
2 small leaves romaine lettuce
8 ounces sliced deli sliced salami
4 slices (2 ounces) Provolone cheese
1 small tomato, sliced
4 slices (about 2 ounces) American cheese

Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl until blended. Spread mayonnaise mustard mixture evenly on cut side of bottom half of rolls. Divide lettuce, salami, Provolone cheese and sliced tomato on buttered roll. Top with remaining half cut side down.

1⁄4 cup pimiento stuffed olive, chopped
2 Portuguese rolls, sliced in half lengthwise 4 ounces sliced deli sliced ham
4 ounces sliced deli salami
4 slices (2 ounces) Provolone cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Divide and spread olives mixture on bottom halves of rolls. Divide ham, salami and cheese and arrange on olive mixture rolls. Spread mayonnaise on cut side of top portion of rolls. Place remaining roll on cheese and serve.

Ham and Cheese Pickle-Me-Ups

8 slices Virginia ham
1⁄4 cup honey mustard, divided 8 mozzarella sticks
8 pickle spears

Place Virginia ham slices on a clean work surface. Spread 1/2 teaspoon honey mustard, and a dot of mustard over each ham slice. Place a mozzarella stick and pickle spear on the short edge of the ham. Tightly roll the cheese stick and pickle spear in the ham slices until it resembles a cigar. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with additional mustard, if desired.
